I offer two distinct modes of therapy so you can choose the best type for you. I offer a short-term therapy called Rapid Resolution Therapy and a long-term existential therapy.

Short Term

Rapid Resolution Therapy is designed to eliminate preoccupation with negative memories from the past. If you have a clear idea what you would like to address in therapy then this is a good choice.  Rapid Resolution Therapy is designed to quickly eliminate negative influences from the past to help you create the future you envision. Long Term

I practice existential therapy which is a type of depth psychotherapy. Existential psychotherapy borrows specific values from existential philosophy and applies those values to everyday living. The goal of existential psychology is to help you develop a meaningful and fulfilling life. This mode of treatment is applicable to a variety of psychological issues while developing your sense of self and purpose. I strive to offer a personalized, comfortable, and productive therapy experience. This is a long-term mode of therapy because it takes time to discover, understand, and adapt to change.
